College Credit Plus (CCP)
CCP may be used for both high school and college credit.
Students must meet the college readiness criteria for acceptance at the college in which they apply by meeting the appropriate scores on the ACCUPLACER or ACT.
Remedial courses are not allowed.
Steps to apply for CCP: Please click on bolded words for forms.
1) Fill out the LCCC application and the Transcript Release Form along with the $3 transcript fee.
2) Meet the college readiness benchmarks by taking the ACCUPLACER test at EC on or at Lorain County Community College or by meeting the requirements of the ACT. The ACCUPLACER will be held at Elyria Catholic High School after school on Tuesday, February 25, 2020.
3) Submit The Intent to Participate Form by April 1st. The Intent to Participate Form will be part of the online funding application. There will be no separate paper form.
4) Create the OH/ID account and apply for funding by April 1st at 5:00 PM. The acceptance letter from LCCC is needed as well as the number of LCCC credit hours anticipated.

Credit in escrow: students may take courses at LCCC for college credit only. Families are responsible for the tuition.
