First year students need to complete the State Scholarship Estimate Worksheet, by clicking the button below.  This form must be submitted before completing the FACTS Financial Aid Application to determine how much aid the family will receive from the state scholarship.

After completing the worksheet above, every family seeking tuition assistance must complete the FACTS Financial Aid Application by November 15, 2025.

• The school code is #16201.
• Information from your 1040 Form (2022) is required. Once your 2024 income taxes are completed those will need to be uploaded to the your FACTS Financial Aid account.
• Make a copy of your completed FACTS Finanical Aid Application; some scholarships require it to be attached to the scholarship application form including the Bishops’ Scholarship, John Patton, and Thomas Moore Scholarships.
• We have contracted with FACTS Management to process the information that is provided on the Financial Aid Application. The financial ratings that they provide are critical to us when distributing the funds that are available for tuition assistance.
• All students who have completed the FACTS Financial Aid Application will be considered for tuition assistance.
• The FACTS Financial Aid Application can be completed online and uploaded directly to the FACTS by clicking on the link above.
